Liked: Lovely old property and close to the town

Very basic

Liked: Close to the main street...pubs restaurants etc
Disliked: The host Brian was very nice and friendly...but what let us down was the breakfast...no hot breakfast was available which was very disappointing...the cold buffet was basic and bland... cleanliness was deffo not 5 ⭐...dust all over our room ...a hole in the wall..we were supposed to have a garden view 😭... disappointing also(pics attached)..the en suite shower room was very very small but done the job... basically it was a room with a shower...bed wasn't very comfortable...sheets could have been fresher...the rooms wer definitely not soundproof...a lot of noise from the outside...no Aircon in the room...apart from the large window...which helped...all in all it was basic 😳😳..I'm afraid I wouldn't go back and I would only give it 2⭐...at most ...

Buncrana is a lovely town...

Liked: It’s in a nice location and Brian was a good host. The room was beautiful and quite large.
Disliked: We paid more than was quoted as the price on booking.com. We were told when we checked out that the price didn’t include breakfast so we were charged an additional 40 euros. We don’t typically eat breakfast, so had we been told when we checked in there would be an additional charge, we would have likely opted out. However, in the grand scheme of things, it’s more of an annoyance and not something that ruined our trip.
