Liked: 24/24 accessibility and check in , nice employees. Capsules bed are confortable.
Disliked: I don't understand the concept of having a night club at a place supposedly made for sleeping and resting. Bass cut though the walls, earplugs don't cover bass frequencies. Capsule beds are the most expensive but it's on the first floor so very exposed to club noise.

I was supposed to stay...

Liked: I liked the location, the breakfast and the staff.
Disliked: I wasn’t given the complementary welcome free drink. I had to asked to be given my breakfast cards which where included in my booking. I was assigned to another room without previous knowledge on my third day and all my belonging were in my first room, I was told by staff through the messaging app that they would break my lock and bring my belonging to reception until I get back to the hostal - bare in mind that I was on a day-trip out of London - which just the thought of someone breaking into my cage freaked me out due to the fact that I had my passport and order documents. So I cut my trip short which turned into paying 26 pounds penalty for changing my train ticket, just to arrive at the hostal to be told that the larger group that was going to be assigned my first room hadn’t checked in yet, so they decided not to bring my things to reception. (Which I can appreciate because my padlock is expensive) but if that was going to be the solution they should have told me before otherwise I wouldn’t have taken and earlier train back to London.Then, one of the toilets in the area of my second room didn’t flush so the smell of sewage every time you got out of the room was terrible.
