Liked: One of if not the nicest hostel iv ever stayed in. Plug socket, light and curtains around the bed.Bed was very clean and comfortable.The vibes were just spot on.Would definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The only downside is there was no Aircon in the rooms and the room was HOT even compared to going outside. But there was a big fan running in there so the thought was there unlike some other places iv stayed.

Not what I was expecting!
Liked: Location - Easily accessible by public transport (Shepherds Bush). On the doorstep to central & west London; museums, galleries, cafes, shopping, etc.'Chill Room' - large communal area that has a TV, WiFi, kettle, microwave, free coffee, tea, milk & sugar. Showers/WC - sufficient for shared mixed use so no queuing, also one 'female' available. Clean
Disliked: Stayed for two nights in six bed mixed dorm.Dorm - The dorm was clean with a cage to store/lock valuables (need a lock). There was also a basin & fan in the room. Bed was comfortable but the pillow was so flat it only served as an indication for which way to direct your feet. Showers: there was no hot water available & pressure was poor (taps as well). Reported it on the first day, but still not resolved when I left. General response from guests and it seems staff are aware, this is an ongoing complaint. Drinking Water - No drinking water tap available or sign posted in the building or common areas. Made enquiries at reception and was directed to a small glass container in the 'chill room' - the container was empty. It seems staff rely on guests for reminders to refill the container.Laundry - found laundry room but card machine not working. Made enquiries at reception and was told that service is not available and to use nearby service. Again, was told 'looking to be fixed', been going on for over a week. Checking out: Returned key card on checking out & was expecting a refund of £2 only to be met with a look of confusion. I was then asked for a receipt - which I fortunately asked for and had kept ready - and who served me. Having thoroughly checked the receipt I was offered a refund (waiting for it to clear bank).

Liked: First of all, I would like to highlight on my feedback a young lady named 'Laura' (member of the team) for her attention, kindness and noticing/ solving an issue with the room that I had booked by mistake on the platform. It was a real pleasure to meet her and to witness her professionalism. I really hope she will do great.Overall I liked the property, its location and the many people from many different countries that you get to meet during your stay.
Disliked: - I had an issue with a last-minute sudden cancellation and I tried to find out what the reason was as there's no explanation whatsoever. After about an hour+ waiting there, they finally got to sort it out by issuing me with a refund and me having to re-book the same room on spot. Luckily there was still availability, otherwise I would have been screwed.- Another incident happened a day or two before the already mentioned one during my check-in. I asked a lady member of staff about the "7 day stay, 3 month ban" policy; my enquiry was in regards to how long in between could you stay for 7 days to get banned for 3 months. Her response was 'It's very clear and you should of understood it as it is very simple' I replied back stating that perhaps I am not that smart and if she could explain it to me better. She kept on telling me the same thing already mentioned and I wished her a good day and left pretty upset. When I asked another member of the staff about it at a different day and time, she happened to be around the bar and heard me talking about it and the incident that occurred days before and began to confront me 'stating I was calling her a liar and that she didn't say/ replied to me what I said she did'. I minimised the situation by not following it, respecting our disagreement and apologised for any inconvenience to not start any arguments with her. These two situations shouldn't have happened, in my opinion, and they left me with a bittersweet taste of the experience.

Liked: Smooth check in. Value for money.
Disliked: Locker facility for large luggage is at downstairs but no lifts available. We have to carry the luggage via stairs.
