Liked: Raphael from Venezuela was amazing and so helpful – he really stood out in a positive way.
Disliked: outlets were not working. one of the staff members working during breakfast was quite aggressive. They responded very rudely to another guest who asked about using the coffee machine. In general, the staff seemed tired and therefore a bit tense. The hygiene at the bar was also not very good.

Liked: The staff was very nice and helpful, the zone was good and was full of people which made me feel safe.
Disliked: I struggled with the lack of AC when the weather was 35 degrees, also our bathroom didn’t have soap for washing our hands.

Liked: The ambiance in the pub was ok.
Disliked: The staff is looking like they don't want to be there. They expect me to ask for a 2 euro refund for the key card. I left with say nothing but I don't recommend the place.
