Used to be great, but...

Disliked: Unfortunately this was a let down, even though it never used to be.When I checked in, I went to wait around 10 minutes and the security guard kept looking around the establishment to see if there was anyone available.When I checked in, the guy at the reception desk threw my passport on the counter after checking and scanning it. Himself and a couple of his colleagues and/or friends were having conversations with so much derogatory words. More f words than anything else. That was not professional at all. I felt offended when a lot of swearing words came out of their mouths, and also their careless attitudes towards their guests.When I went into my room, it was extremely hot. One of the guests told me that one of the housekeepers took the big fan. I spoke to the cleaner and she told me that she can only speak Spanish, and I can only communicate to her in Spanish. I went downstairs to the reception desk but no one was there. It was late at night so I went back upstairs.Toilets were atrocious. Blocked, covered in urine, and the showers were dirty.Guests in the dorm were utterly disrespectful. Loud music from their phones blaring out at 6:35am, followed by loud conversations. When I asked them to turn it down or off, as fellow guests needed to sleep, all I got was angry guests trying to argue with me. No respect at all. No strict rules coming from the hostel.I'm sad to say that I am not coming back. As I see with reviews from previous guests, the management needs to take this seriously and inform everyone to raise their standards significantly.Shocking visit.

Disliked: Very rundown, room hot and noisy. Difficult to climb up to 3rd high bunk. Lockers too small.
