Would recommend staying here as...

Liked: The location to the streetcar for downtown transportation was right outside the hotel. All staff members were professional and fulfilled all requests.
Disliked: Only able to park one car in the lot per hotel room so we had to park one on the street.

Excellent place to stay, we...

Liked: From the moment we walked in the doors we were greeted with a smile. The smiles only got bigger as we were created by other employees. We could not have ask for a better experience.
Disliked: There was no issues with this hotel

Great location, close to everything...

Liked: Clean, comfortable, traditional New Orleans style hotel on the Street Car line in the Garden district. Close to restaurants and places to get Beignets for breakfast. You can ride the Street /car to get to the French Quarter. Had gated free parking!
Disliked: Had to change rooms due to A/C not working properly.

Good property & great location

Liked: Location for our purposes was great as we were helping our daughter with her new apartment in the garden district.This was a 3 week trip & this hotel had the best mattress especially for someone with back problems. The mattress was great & not soft as in many hotels.We really appreciated the off street parking.
Disliked: I suggest you use dispensers for shower gel, shampoo, conditioner & lotion. It would be greener & save you from disposing all those little plastic containers.

I would definitely recommend this...

Liked: Great location! Perfect to ride streetcar to WWII museum, the staff was so friendly, housekeeping did a fabulous job, loved the Community Coffee and continental breakfast!
Disliked: Just a little dated but honestly it was perfect for our stay!
