It was fine

Liked: The breakfast was amazing, I couldn't finish it all! Room comfortable and all we needed was there
Disliked: The shower was a bit loose on the wall, I thought it might come off. I would have liked to know no lift was available and would have asked for a lower room

Disliked: Breakfast coffee was good in flavour but rather cool, otherwise good breakfast and comfortable stay.

Liked: Lovely breakfast and comfy beds.
Disliked: Om a main road, only breakfast available, no other food. Ground floor room windows open onto car park so can be noisy in morning and can't open windows over night for ventilation.

Enjoyable, comfortable and friendly staff

Liked: I stay at this Hotel every time I come to Exeter. Very comfortable, friendly staff excellent breakfast.
Disliked: I was on the top floor this time. I much prefer to have a single room on a lower floor. But could not fault the room.

A practical, clean and comfortable...

Liked: Very comfortable and clean, complete with the essentials to make to stay with your creature comforts.
Disliked: No complaints here.

Excellent facilities near a great...

Liked: Breakfast was very good and well served
Disliked: No Aircon in the room-couldnt leave windows open due to road/seagull noise

Excellent stay with really helpful...

Liked: Didn't get to sample breakfast as we had to leave early but the location was good a 10 minute walk to the river with plenty of restaurants.
Disliked: There wasn't anything to dislike, not for us anyway.

Pleasant

Liked: The breakfast was tasty. The bed was comfy too.
Disliked: The heat in my room was awful, and the electric fan was so loud that even when it was on I couldn't sleep through the noise, but without it my room no. 2 was too hot, having both windows open made no difference either.
