Very sub standard. I’ve stayed...

Liked: Very disappointing. Breakfast was not good.
Disliked: There were only 4 coffee sachets in the bedroom. No phone to call reception for help. I’d requested to book in at 2.00 due to my husband having neck surgery. Hotel said ‘fine’ until I arrived, then said no. The windows dont open in the bedroom. No side table at one bed. Very disappointing for paying £177.00 for 1 night! I wouldn’t recommend this place.
