Disappointing

Liked: Secure with key card access for the elevator. Ice machine on our floor. Fairly clean.
Disliked: The staff was not friendly at all. The breakfast facilities were just cheap plastic tables, the juice dispenser leaked, the hash browns were dried out, the food was barely warm. The hot tub wasn’t very hot. The poles in the pool/waterslide area were rusty. Our toilet tank leaked, shower drain was clogged (which we reported and they couldn’t even bother to say “thanks for letting us know”), small & poor quality tv. There was a bad smell in the hallway on our floor.
