Great location and ambiance here!...

Liked: Unique property and setting on the pier. The bar with live music was fun at night. We enjoyed breakfast in the lido. Perfect way to kick off a cruise leaving from the nearby port. Also appreciated the shuttle ride to the cruise terminal.
Disliked: The floor in our room wasn’t level; the headboard or bed frame could have used a shim!

Liked: Place: spacious and light, tastefully decorated. Reception: well organisedKeeping guest informed: excellent proactive and consistent communication.Easy online checkout.
Disliked: Cueing for coffee in a rather cramped space. Pain au chocolat can be such a treat but they tasted a bit stale, maybe not your finest dough?

Liked: Unique venue, experience a cruise feel hotel stay on a real ship and dream away. Good restaurants, but not all open at all times. Deluxe rooms are plenty large.
Disliked: Found used leses and night cupboard next to bed. Quickly rectified by staff. Stay is getting on the pricey side.
