Lovely hotel but room too...

Liked: Breakfast lovely and staff very friendly and attentive. Room clean.. booked cozy king so expected it to not be big but found it too small compared to other accommodation that we have stayed in for what we have paid.
Disliked: As above

Great location, great staff, great...

Liked: Reasonable location. Spotlessly clean. Great bed linen. Staff were faultless - Megan in particular was a wonderful host welcoming us on check in. She is a credit to you. Breakfast was first class.
Disliked: TV didn’t work and no one could get it to work. We were offered a free drink but that never materialised! Milk in the fridge had curdled. The room certainly is very much a “cosy” double…

Beautiful kozy king

Liked: The hotel is absolutely beautiful, so clean, and smells amazing throughout! We absolutely love the quirky decor, beats any other hotel in Brighton!! Feels luxury 5* hotel! We had an absolutely amazing two night stay, and the hotel and staff are absolutely wonderful. Thanks so much!! We will definitely be returning and will recommend this hotel to friends and family!! Could not find one fault at all

Liked: The hotel was luxurious. The location was great. The staff were the best.
Disliked: Pillows were too hard for us. More comfy pillows would be nice. Outside our room there were flags attached to the building. On a windy night the noise from the flapping and the vibrations was a nuisance.
