Liked: The location on the water, the pretty appointments in the hotel itself, the outdoor s'mores area, corn hole and sitting areas, the game room, our room was spacious and had a pretty view, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was huge, nice toiletries, beautiful pool on the water, and access to a shuttle and trolley. We loved the Windjammer fireworks cruise which was wonderful!
Disliked: The game room area and laundry room seem to be in need of a renovation. It poured one morning and the water was leaking through the roof in the laundry area. Also, the game room was fun, but smelled a bit musky. The pool overlooking the water was beautiful, but the coverings for the lounge chairs had a lot of stains and were soaking wet after it rained. There were a lot of insects in the pool - ear whigs galore and some spiders. The pool definitely needed to be vacuumed/skimmed daily, and I never saw that done while I was there. I even volunteered to remove some of the bugs, but the net I was given wasn't effective.
