Bad at check in ,...

Liked: Pool area for kids was great && breakfast was excellent. The evening staff did a wonderful job to make sure my experience was better than when I arrived.
Disliked: The lady that checked me in did not seem like she wanted me to checking. Not sure what the problem was but I did not get the information I know I was supposed to receive as far as where the pool was located , where the parking lot was and where breakfast would be sold. She also didn’t do much to find my Marriot Bonvoy account. Her customer services skill were not welcoming and she made me uncomfortable.

Disliked: Unfortunately no hot tub but my 15 month old LOVED the kids pool so that made up for it.

Liked: I loved how organized everything was the staff themselves were so kind, and helpful to me and my family. Building itself was very clean down to the room and pool were very clean.
Disliked: Nothing everything was perfect.

Liked: We traveled to St Paul for the Montreal-Minnesota PWHL game amid a winter snowstorm. We arrived early, and Kristy at the front desk went above and beyond to help and make us feel welcome! She helped us with pool time, an early check-in, and directions to the arena. She also gave us personalized recommendations for spending time in St. Paul and helped us when we needed to extend our stay. Staying at SpringHill was seamless and a highlight of our trip. Location, room comfort, and breakfast were all excellent, but honestly - it was Kristy at the front desk who really made the difference. Thank you!
