SpringHill Suites by Marriott St. Louis Airport/Earth City, Earth City

The mattresses are memory foam, which for many people is great, but for those of us with respiratory problems, can cause severe illness. I wish I had known before we checked in. The reason we could see the stains on the bedsheets (gross, by the way, even if they are technically clean) is because the over bed light is brighter than an operating room. We were too exhausted to make a fuss, but although the front desk staff is responsive, we will not be returning.

Liked: Customer Service was great.
Disliked: Stained bedsheeds; glaring overbed lights and ants!

Liked: Easy check in, comfortable room and easy to get to from the airport.

Adequate and nothing special for what we paid for one overnight stay.

Liked: Convenient to travel need.
Disliked: Main floor and lobby area not as inviting as many. Also the cleanliness of the area at our arrival was not appealing. The elevators were NOT clean and being tended to. Abundant trash on both along with a spilled soda on the floor creating a dangerous and sticky floor area. We had a party of five with a nice sized adequate room but only enough towels for two. Would have been nice to have that taken care of ahead of time and stocked into the room. We had to come down and retrieve more towels at the desk. Breakfast was good. Area not attended to very well and trash cans overflowing! One lady was trying to keep up but was a big job for one person. Quality of food was good, warm. Area cleanliness just not appealing.
