We liked our room very...

Liked: The food was cold. Not a very good selection of fresh fruit.the
Disliked: The wait time for replenishing the the food. There should have been a microwave oven available to warm food.

Liked: We have stayed at this facility previously. We like the location which is near the Mall. Price was ok. Room was good.
Disliked: My wife and I became ill several hours after eating your breakfast. The eggs and sausage were luke warm (not cold and not hot). We are suspicious that these were the culprits. We are fairly certain that we became ill as a result of this breakfast because both my wife and I became violently ill while driving home (a five hour drive). Furthermore, my wife consumed other restaurant food on the trip home, but I did not. The only food I consumed within 24 hours was the hotel breakfast. Secondly, we were disappointed in the response of the hotel staff and general manager when we called in this concern. The focus of their response was to attempt to cast doubt upon the validity of our concerns. One response involved suggesting that there was a lot of illness "going around" in the area. Another response was that no one else had complained. A third response we were asked to accept was that the temperatures of the food had been checked and were within the range that they were supposed to be. (Again, the food we consumed was definitely not hot, it was not really warm, simply luke warm.)We were put on the defensive by questions about whether we had gone to the hospital or seen a physician. In short, we were very disappointed in their lack of concern for their guests and lack of acceptance of any responsibility for their guests experience at their hotel. The overall impression we received is that it was more important to go into a risk/liability management mode dictated by corporate lawyers for the hotel rather than any concern for their guests. I am a Marriott Rewards member and have been for many years. Marriott hotels have been my preference. I am very disappointed.

Liked: The beds are super comfortable.
Disliked: Stayed in room 402 right next to the interstate and 41st St. The noise from the street traffic was so noisy, I could not sleep. (It was like sleeping with the window open) Will not stay again, there are multiple hotels in the area to choose from.

Liked: I was impressed that with 20 min left for breakfast and everything was full of food they even brought out more eggs. I have been at many hotels that don?t have any food left and won?t fill anything the last half hour of serving breakfast. So I was really impressed with breakfast. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable.

With proper management this hotel...

Liked: The hotel was pretty and mostly clean. The guy at breakfast the 3rd morning was very good and tried to accommodate everyone. The beds are comfy.
Disliked: When I checked in they said I wasn?t booked at the hotel that night. I had to show my confirmation email. The shower leaked. Both days our roooms were not cleaned by four o?clock. Which I was understanding that the hotel was full and it may take a whittle longer to get things done. The first day I was told by one of the cleaning people that our end of the hall was done. I said our room was not and I got attitude about it. We could only get one working keycard at a time. The volume on the TVs didn?t work properly. The refrigerator was on a light switch with a light. So when we turned off the light at night the fridge was off too.

Nice hotel!

Liked: Nice room. Good for kids. Breakfast should have fresh eggs and maybe more oatmeal.
Disliked: Little noisy after 10!
