New property with brilliant attitudes!

Liked: Personality of all the front desk team. They were patient and focused on a high standard of care. It was obvious. The shuttle bus driver was knowledgable of the area and super careful in ensuring that I got where I was going and got out of the van safely (I have some difficulty climbing). She was wonderfully kind.
Disliked: I liked everything!

Liked: The bed was so comfortable! It was clean and I like the way the room was set up.
Disliked: They Didnt have my name correct in their system so it was hard to check in. The elevator also seemed to need some work. We also had a group of VERY loud guest next to us all night and could not get ahold of anyone at the front desk.

Liked: Clean and quiet.
Disliked: It’s been a month since my stay and there’s still a hold on my card.
