SpringHill Suites by Marriott Phoenix Downtown

I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I was going to any venue downtown Phoenix; with their shuttle service, it was extremely convenient when you don’t have a car. The staff was wonderful - very helpful and very kind and we really loved the continental breakfast they were provided. They were really really good!

Liked: The shuttle service that took us anywhere within 5 miles which was amazing! In Phoenix, it was so hot. There’s no way you could walk far so they shuttled us to grocery stores to get water to the concert venue and to a restaurant nearby - it was wonderful. The staff was fantastic. Everyone took turns with their duties to help whether it was at the desk the kitchen or the shuttle service and the housekeeping was always wiping down areas. I was very happy with that.
Disliked: The floors need carpet cleaning; they were pretty bad in the room and in the lobby area.

I will always stay here for any future events I attend at Comerica.

The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and the Queen studio had everything we needed and then some. I loved being able to grab a hot pocket at 1 a.m. and not have to go anywhere. There was always coffee and a hot tea assortment with honey packets. I'm a tea drinker so this was awesome since I forgot to pack my tea bags. The free breakfast was great. I really enjoyed my stay.

Liked: Loved the front desk staff and the cool snack station that you could charge to the room or pay at the desk. The 24/7 coffee and hot tea station was awesome; the room was clean and spacious. Best hotel stay I've stayed in in years.
Disliked: There was someone smoking something dodgy behind the dumpster late at night when we went outside to smoke a cigarette but that was not the hotel's fault.

Great room; would stay there again.

Liked: Room was much better than expected; breakfast was great; rooms were huge and very well equipped with fridge, microwave, coffee, TVs, couch, beds, desk; employees were great - very helpful and friendly.

Great service from all employees - they were very kind and helpful in every way. The hotel room was great - great space at a great cost. The complimentary shuttle helped me from getting lost in the area near the hotel. Overall, great stay.
