Liked: Staff - courteous, replaced broken TV. Wish they had the full breakfast though. Breakfast was lame. I've stayed here before but it's been a few years.
Disliked: The room was VERY tired. The sofa was stained and broken as it made very loud noises when you sat on it. The chair was threadbare in spots with a broken leg.The TV did not work in the living area. The fridge froze our food, making it inedible.Bathroom too

Liked: My mother is 99 years old and they upgraded our Room to the handicap Room at no charge. That was nice.
Disliked: I originally booked this hotel because the website said it had a hot tub and a good breakfast. Due to the Corona virus neither of those happened . You should be updating your website to indicate those things. I would not have paid as much as I did if I would have known those 2 things were not offered.

Liked: The hotel was clean.
Disliked: I know things were closing due to COVID but during my 4 nights i had no housekeeping, no clean towels or extra coffee. The hot breakfast was hard bagels and no coffee. The pool was closed & no WiFi. The manager promised to refund one night & never did.

While everything was lovely, I...
Liked: The breakfast was good. There were enough options available before 7 when the others were available. I had to leave before then each day.
Disliked: The sound from other rooms was overwhelming. And the teens next door weren?t even being super loud. I could hear everything. The baby crying sounded like it was in my room. Babies cry, people talk, and walls should be built to accommodate regular noises. My room did not have such walls.
