Liked: Hotel has been recently been renovated so rooms and common areas were fresh and clean. Staff were all welcoming and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when in the Lansing area.

Liked: Front desk Woman was very helpful and super friendly.

Liked: The room was very nice, comfortable beds and lots of pillows. Hotel location was close to the freeway and shopping yet it was still quiet.
Disliked: The sofa had what looked like left over food on it and there was half a slice of cheese on the floor between the bed and floor. Also the breakfast options were okay, the eggs tasted like those dehydrated eggs.

Exceptional

Liked: Breakfast was awesome and lots of options! The front desk had amazing customer service and made us feel right at home. The pool and hot tub were so nice to play and relax in. Very quiet!
Disliked: My shower was a little dirty but nothing to steer me away from staying there again!
