Liked: I never had a chance to try the breakfast. Was offered from 6 to 9 during my stay. I tend to be a late riser so it would have been nice to offer it longer?
Disliked: Breakfast should be offered till a bit later in the morning. Not everyone is a business traveler and is up early.

Disliked: We had competition that weekend, and my girls danced first thing Sunday morning, and were finished by 10:30. Knowing this, I requested a late checkout. Literally, at 10:03, the woman at the front desk called me 4 times within 3 minutes. I rush back over there, and she just wasn’t friendly at all, saying she was going to charge me for not being out of my room at 10. Very short with me and just rude. I explained I had a late checkout, but she proceeded to tell me I had to be out right then. I ended up missing my daughter’s awards, which was heartbreaking. So, besides her, my stay was wonderful, but she ruined the vibe completely.
