Don’t stay here, not worth...

Liked: The building looks kinda of run down.
Disliked: My room had leak in the bathroom and no one came to fix it. I told the front desk people many times but nothing was done.

Beware of bed bugs here!

Liked: Bed bugs! Was assigned a room on second floor as soon as you get off the elevator. Less than 30 minutes after lying down, I was bitten up and down my arms. Went to front desk and the clerk who said he also worked as an EMT looked at my arms and called the manager, a young woman who tried to put us in a room two doors down, telling me I could be allergic to the detergent used on the bedding. No way! I know bites when I see them. This was not a rash but distinct bites from something. I requested a refund and she told me that was impossible. I made it clear that I was not staying in that hotel and I expected a full refund, which I eventually got. I went on my cruise miserable from the bites and my arms looked a mess. Horrible 30 minutes in this hotel and that’s all I needed to know I will never go back.
