Decent price for the metro...

Liked: Nice rooms seems fairly new, nice stuff nearby, friendly staff.
Disliked: Only a minor negative, the room we were in had some stains on the wallpaper in the bathroom and in the bedroom area, if they could be cleaned up would make the room perfect.

Convenience and Comfort

Liked: We visit Parker frequently to see our family. This hotel is conveniently located for easy access to the airport, Denver, and the church we visit. The rooms are nice, with an updated bath and a sitting area. I recommend the rooms with two queen beds; they are larger and have walk-in closets.
Disliked: Breakfasts are convenient and the staff is great! We were there for four nights, so a wider variety of muffin options or boiled eggs/omelets or biscuits/gravy would have been nice. My husband and I think we have had those choices in the past. Still, the breakfasts are very nice as they are.

Liked: I accidentally booked my stay the same time as another one and to my surprise the next day when I was checking about a package I had delivered there the manager told me my reservation was CANCELED DUE TO A NO SHOW. Which I didn't understand cause I thought I booked my trip from the 25th-28th. I was in the ER when I made changes to my trip. And I've been trying to get the 132 dollars back that I was charged do due this accidental booking which was CANCELED and rebooked thru Southwest app. I Have two arthritic knees and just tore my right meniscus so I am in alot of pain and having to get a 132 dollars back because of a no show is really stressful. I work in Customer service for a major airline and this is NOT VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
