Bri, St. George, visiting Summit Music Hall Wed, 18 April 2018

The parking situation was just a little confusing considering it didn't state anywhere that it was valet parking only. However the staff was funny, friendly, and really kind to my friend and I who had just driven 8 1/2 hours and looked a little rough. The room was gorgeous and clean, and the hotel was walking distance to our venue. Overall had an amazing stay and I'd love to stay there again!

Liked: Everything was clean, beautiful, and I loved the staff.
Disliked: I wish it wasn't only valet parking. It wasn't expensive to park but still we were money crunching for this trip.

Pleasant - 3 out of 5

John, Santa Fe, visiting Auraria Campus Mon, 27 April 2015

As is typically the case, these hotels tell us a rate but somehow forget to mention that. "Oh, yes, there's $23.45 Occupancy Sales Tax and County Tax." Please, please stop playing these games and just give us the TOTAL cost per night. Additionally, this hotel sticks guests with $30 per night parking fee and the WiFi requires one to pay these silly log-in games. Just turn on the WiFi and let it flow to guests like the water or electricity.

Liked: Staff.
Disliked: Parking fees.

I loved the hotel. I liked that you could only get to our room through a secured door that needed to be open with a key. The hotel was close to the venue of the concert we were attending (Summit Music Hall). Made walking to dinner and the concert easy. I will use this hotel again and again for future dates.

Liked: Friendly staff; beautiful lobby; nice big beds.
Disliked: Parking should be included in the price of room I think.

Nice hotel but will never...

Liked: Location was outstanding, everything was clean
Disliked: Service was atrocious, way overpriced for what we received

Excellent - 4.4 out of 5

John Mon, 10 February 2020

Liked: Room was clean and the beds were great.
Disliked: They were under remodel. So we couldn?t use the whole facility. The valet parking was nice but, there was a extra charge for parking. Parking should be part of the room fee.

Go Denver Nuggets!!! :)

Liked: We came for nuggets game! Super positive about Denver in general! Staff was super nice! All young people eager to help and provide informations! Well done! Room spacy and super clean! Breakfast was tasty too! One super nice old lady runs the whole show for us visitors here in dining area! Well done!
Disliked: You got to work with more so you could show the real final price to visitors! My final, paid price was 100$ more then the one showed on booking that actually made me choose your hotel instead of others... Hotel is magnificent and all... But price is little high.
