Excellent way to tour Downtown...

Liked: The property is well-maintained. It is located close to grocery stores and other establishments (a few minute's walking distance). Springhill has spacious rooms and a separate bathroom and toilet.What is most enjoyable is the quietness?
Disliked: Nothing. But if I had to say would be parking when it's late. It gets pretty full so you may have to park near the back of the property. A few residents park crooked. The reason I ended up parking there. It's Not a big deal unless you don't like walking.

Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable and slanted to the side. Air conditioner thermostat on the wall didn't work, had to turn it on at the wall unit, still didn't cool very well I was at the end next to a storage closet and something was making noise in there all nigh

Disliked: the manager was unprofessional. They had given my prepaid king room away when I checked in at around 6pm. He offered nothing for compensation. Not even bottle of water.

Liked: The location was good, that is about it.
Disliked: The front desk was not helpful. I was having trouble with my my booking.com check in because my name was spelled wrong and was told, "I don't know what to tell you, I guess you need to call booking.com." They told me to step aside instead of helping me. The shower leaked all over the flood and having the restroom separate from the shower is weird.The bed was uncomfortable.There was trash in the hallway and elevator.
