Pleasant

Liked: The staff was very pleasant. We arrived earlier than expected and our room was ready. The free ice cream every evening was nice.
Disliked: We could hear the toilet flushing every time it was used and people walking over our head from the room above us.The air conditioning unit was too close to the bed. There should be a television on the wall in the bedroom it would be more comfortable to watch instead of trying to watch it over my husband’s shoulder.

Liked: Super friendly and accomodating staff from the front desk, cleaning team and breakfast team.
Disliked: It would have been nice to get new trash bags for our room the next day, and have the sofa bed made

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was good and the kitchen staff were working so hard.
Disliked: This hotel was subpar and a disappointment for a Marriott. The walls were dirty, piles of hair on the bathroom floor, and the desk lamp was extremely rusty. I can’t say that I have ever seen a rusty lamp in a hotel before. The hotel was very busy with unsupervised kids (approx 40) running up and down the halls, elevators and lobby.
