Disliked: There was only one elevator working so we had to wait more than 10 minutes for the elevator

Disliked: Tv didn’t work only one person checking every one in had to sit in the lobby and wait and the plugs half worked in the room

Liked: the staff, and location was great.
Disliked: The sleeper couch was uncomfortable to sit on and needed to be updated. The property alone was very nice and once you entered the hotel it had an awesome smell. The fire alarm went off late Friday night, we had leave our rooms for about an hour until the fireman disabled the alarm. The hotel should have given all of their customers a discount for our inconveniences.

Not Marriott Quality

Liked: We liked the fresh flavored water, coffee, and ice cream that was available. However the second day of our stay these things were not available.
Disliked: Second day of breakfast at 830am alot of items were empty. All coffee pots were empty, flatware was empty. The omelets were cold. Also the rug in the lobby is filthy and needs replaced. We had a fire alarm at 1am, and the employee behind the desk was not helpful to the firemen. He just sat there. Could have talked with guests to make them feel safe or at least get off his rear. A guest had to give firemen their key to gain access to pool. This employee needs training on a emergency

Liked: Everything about our stay was just wonderful! Our room was clean, beds were comfy and breakfast was great! The staff was super sweet! We were extremely pleased!
Disliked: The pool room is super nice and hot tub was great. The floor is super slippery though when wet!
