Liked: The staff was extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was minutes away from all major areas such as the outlet malls or basic shopping. 15 mins tops from downtown west palm and 20 mins or so from beaches. placed ideally right off i95 exit. the room itself was ok. couch from west elm was nice. their lemonade by the front door was amazing.
Disliked: the room was particularly small compared to the wyndam which wouldve been only 100 dollars more. also the bed was broken on 1 side. we would also have to ask for our room to be cleaned or have to take the trash out ourselves. 1 sink was always hot while the other was always cold. tv remote was outdated. pool water was greenish as well.

Staff and breakfast excellent.

The overall stay was enjoyable.

Liked: The room was nice and getting to hotel was easy. Check-in was a breeze. However, the bed in the room wasn’t as comfortable as I would’ve like but I’ll stay again.
