Liked: Rooms were clean & convenient to Baylor University
Disliked: Lack of staff. Booked a suite with double beds but the hotel only had suite w/king bed and didn’t get reimbursed for points. Had to call multiple times to get the pending $40 charge removed on Amex card.

Clean, cozy, and comfortable

Liked: The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We loved the design of the hotel and it was in the perfect location for our needs. The breakfast was a plus, and the price was great for what we got.
Disliked: The road next to the hotel was a little loud at night, but there was an option to have the fan on throughout the night so that helped us out a lot!

Liked: The location and ease of check-in.
Disliked: The internet was down which was problematic due to being a work trip.
