The room was beautiful with an amazing ocean front view. Comfy bed with lots of pillows. Spacious enough for 3 girls to spread out and not get in each other's way.
Liked: The staff, especially the bell hop, was amazing! So friendly and nice.
Disliked: Need another mirror outside of the bathroom area - preferrably near a receptical.

Liked: Room was wonderful, breakfast FANTASTIC, Front Desk at night was amazing.
Disliked: On day three, I went to the front desk to ASK for the pool floor to be cleaned. We had been in pool twice daily. There was a dirty bandaid and mud puddle near the table that we always sat at.

Nice stay, but super unsustainable
Liked: Staff was friendly, facilities were great (2 pools), room was large.
Disliked: I was shocked to see that ALL plates, cups and containers in the facility were single use (plastic or plastic coated cardboard). At the same time, the room has a sign "go green with us" by not changing your towel every day. Also all the food and drinks taste like cardboard when consumed from those containers. Yuck... The room also didn't have any facilities for eating or drinking. No plates, knives, forks, nothing. Indoor pool water was also dirty.

Very disappointed
Liked: Outdoor hot tub was nice, breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The hot water in shower was intermittent cold to hot to cold. Had to call front desk twice for towels on one occasion. The availability of indoor pool was intermittent and supposed heated outdoor pool was not heated. Upon checkout there was no “Thank you, hope you enjoyed you’re stay”, just “ put room keys in there” and back to enjoying their personal conversation with fellow employee. Construction below are balcony of hotel addition(no warning of that). And the room next to us on our last night sounded like they were banging on copper pipes until late in the night.
