Liked: Clean n quiet

My kids loved it! Seeing...

Liked: The ladies at front desk were so nice and helpful. The lady that did breakfast was amazing and so helpful with no hesitation.

Liked: The rooms were nice and clean
Disliked: I had paid for the room prior to arriving. They said they needed a $10 hold ran my credit card for the full amount of the room. It’s been over a week and the money is still not back in my account.

Liked: I like that they offer breakfast in the morning. Staff was helpful and respectful. Enough bedding space for a family.
Disliked: There was someone on the second floor smoking a cigarette and it penetrated the hallway. Some teenagers on the 3rd floor were running up and down the hallway and the stairs and using the elevator as a toy. Also on my last stay, people were still up by the pool until late at night making enough noise for us to not be able to sleep.
