Never going back

Disliked: I had asked to have a room next to family when making my reservation, they placed us on different floors. Dead birds at the pool enternce, more specifically two new ones and one that was decomposing from about two to three weeks.Staff didn't speak English- would ask them a question like can we get more chocolate milk while pointing at chocolate milk, they would say yes and not get any. Asked where ice was, they thought we were talking about ICE. They also sent us to the other side of the hotel.

Liked: It was all fresh and clean, great fitness room, and the pool looked great although I didn’t use it. Staff was also very efficient, friendly, and accommodating.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything

Liked: I liked the open atmosphere in the lobby and how welcoming it felt.
Disliked: I didn’t like how the air freshener overpowered the lobby. It made it difficult to breathe and enjoy the space..

Overall great place to stay.

Liked: It was just ok, it was nice we could eat something but it would not impress grandma.
Disliked: I personally like more light in the room for getting my makeup on.
