Comfortable and Clean

Liked: Good proximity to Canada's Wonderland. Clean, decent Breakfast and comfortable beds and pillows.
Disliked: The staff was not friendly. Acted like you were interrupting their day, didn’t tell you about the amenities I had to ask everything. Also, we overheard her telling other guests she doesn't like Tesla owners and the guests were Tesla owners asking about the charging!

Not worth the money, I...

Liked: I liked the location. In the heart of Vaughan. Staff was okay.
Disliked: I expected more with this hotel. I didn't get the worth of the money paid. It looked clean but it was actually dirty. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. I had a jacuzzi in my room but I didn't use it because I doubted it was clean. Breakfast was boring. Same thing everyday. In general, I expected more.

Liked: The friendly customer service and the accommodation for late check out. I also love the warm welcome with the complimentary snacks and water.
Disliked: Breakfast can be better than the American Breakfast

A great overall experience!

Liked: I enjoyed the breakfast and the bar area was nice to have a cocktail with my husband at night. The room was quiet and peaceful and the hotel was very easy and convenient to get to.
