Liked: Staff are friendly and accommodating. Helpful
Disliked: Only one staff that I was not keen on, the one in the reception desk on 5-6 August 2025 at night and early morning. I asked for any outstanding balance to be checked on 5 August 2025 prior to checking out so I can settle any outstanding bill and he informed me that everything is good. Before we physically checked out, I asked again if everything is good several times but he said we are good to go, then later while we were waiting for the Lyft I asked one last time, we are good to go -then and only then did he say I will check and see only to find out that we have an outstanding bill, we have been charge for a parking fee, which we have corrected and I need to pay $17 for some merchandise, which I believe should have been deducted from the deposit taken at check in time. I have to rush because our ride was already waiting, not good for a stress level. Aside from our stay has been very good. I commend Patricia the most, she is very friendly and caring,

Liked: Excellent breakfast offering as well as accommodation. Poolside grill and seating area were also very pleasant

Disliked: The fridge kept turning off

Disliked: Dead bugs on the floor in the bathroom and a live one in the sink.

Reasonably nice

Liked: The location was reasonably close to ASU - The gentleman at night was extremely helpful and pleasant
Disliked: The breakfast always seemed to be cold - The pool needed to be cleaned (many leaves just floating with you) - There were not enough towels at the pool
