The front desk really helped us when we needed a nice place to eat - they took their time and suggested a few places, it was wonderful. When we requested extra blankets/sheets they arrived within 5 minutes and the staff was very very friendly. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

Comfortable and clean fun stay

Liked: Very comfortable room, especially the bed, spacious and clean. We loved the free coffee, breakfast in the morning with make your own waffle, and the indoor and outdoor pool. The hotel was located exactly 2 minute drive from downtown Temecula, where the action is.It felt very safe and welcoming to my little boy and I when we stay there.

Liked: It was clean and airy. Nice breakfast.
Disliked: The afternoon receptionist did not know your policy regarding deposits; when I asked if extra money put to my card was a holding deposit he didn’t know and said difference in price is because I booked through a third party. All turned out okay and I was charged correctly just some training needed.

Little black bug room.

Disliked: Room was infested with little black bugs. When we told the manager, we were released from having to stay a second night but could not confirm that we would be reimbursed for initial night. 😡
