Liked: The lobby was super nice, very modern and the people and staff were greatThere were lots of people enjoying the pool.
Disliked: The rooms were filthy sheets had stains on them. The mirror had writing on it, and the bathroom smelled really strong, like the water. Bed was making squeaky noises. We just couldn’t entertain the idea of staying for three nights.

The associates are rude and...
Disliked: The Manager Douglas Nemeth refused to acknowledge my complaint on March 4 2024. Minorities are treated poorly at the Springhill Marriot on Suncoast Parkway. The filthy surroundings I was met with when walking out of Room 304 were completely inappropriate. I have spent so much money on the hotel rooms during my stay. It is unacceptable to be greeted with a trash can, dirty laundry bins, and aggravating associates. The staff at the front desk is rude and confrontational. There was bodily fluids on the bedsheets when I signed in to the room. The maids must do this to every customer that is a minority. The service at the Springhill Marriot in Tampa is rude. The ladies in customer service will never provide a solution to the problem. I am always polite and respectful. The women are rude with the customer and have a bad attitude when they speak to me. There was a full garbage can directly outside Room 304 in the hallway when I was leaving. There were two bins of dirty laundry and two cleaning lady carts in the hallway outside the door at the time I was scheduled to check out. I walked into the dirty surroundings to get a luggage cart. I was met with an overflowing trash can when I opened my door to get the luggage dolly. I had to talk to a manager for them to move the trash from the door way. I could not get the luggage cart to my room. The maids then stood at the elevator with the full garbage can and dirty laundry to meet the customer when I went to the elevator.
