Liked: The front desk check-in (Benita) was great and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. Close to a variety of restaurants and other stores for convenience. Not far from the port for those leaving on a cruise. Breakfast is also offered, which is a plus if you have kids.

Staff was nice. Room made...

Liked: The floor was damp. The air conditioner kept blowing damp air, developed a cough and an infection. Highly confident it had something to do with the AC in the room
Disliked: Change the filters in the AC. Make sure the humidity stays at a lower level and the floors are not damp. I'm not sure what kind of sickness I have but I've had it for a week now and I want it to go away

Customer service was AWESOME!

Disliked: The dog smell. The room had a weird smell but it was clean.
