Good and clean

Liked: The staff were friendly and the place was clean
Disliked: The TV stations didn’t always come in. It was fussy and was in the room a lot and could get a station

Liked: The staff were AMAZING!!! They were so nice, the best customer service and genuine people I have ever met! They truly make you feel so welcomed! They deserve a raise!

Liked: I loved loved loved this hotel! It was clean the staff was friendly and the location was so convenient for my daughter’s softball tournament. I plan on staying here the next time I’m in Tampa.

Disliked: Only one coffee in room when I checked in 1 sugar pack which had alredy been opened. Coffee was not replenished when room cleaned. Ice bucket was in refrigerator with old bag and water in it. The case of backup pillows in closet open 1 pillow in it.Not convinced room was properly cleaned.

Unbelievable

Disliked: Upon arrival, the front desk attendant asked us to pay a $20/day deposit, which was not on the booking.com app under it's policies nor on its website. Customer service confirmed the issue. The money was still held until the end of the trip. When we got into our room after driving for 17 hours I stepped on toenail clippings. The pillows has yellow and make up stains. I asked the front desk attendant to give me a vacuum so I could vacuum the floor of my room. She gave me one, and as she was walking away she says "people" and shakes her head. I'm exhausted so I ignored it and continued to clean my room floor, after my 17 hour drive, and before I had dinner. There was also a pretzel crumb in my bedding. Then the following night a family checked in next to us and their screaming 3 year olds kept us up til after midnight. The ice machine did not work on our floor. We were supposed to have a pool view and did not. The pool looked outdated and the filter was not working properly. To say the least we were disappointed with this hotel stay.
