Lovely staff and facilities

Liked: Staff was excellent. They all seemed to genuinely care about customers and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Hotel was also very clean and felt new.
Disliked: The pool was freezing cold. Would have liked a little heat! Also there were frozen breakfast sandwiches but no instruction on how to heat them.

Liked: GREAT customer service. We were there four nights. Saturday and Sunday my guess the hotel was full, I think there was a baseball tourny (younger kids). I noticed the staff worked together to accommodate not only the tourney but all other guests. Staff had their hands full and did a great job working together to make all guests comfortable.
Disliked: We have been staying at this hotel since it opened. It's starting to show its age. Maybe an update? But, with that said what keeps us coming back, especially this time, was the customer service and how clean this hotel is.
