The hotel was depressing and...

Liked: The breakfast was good. And you were allowed to take it back to your room.
Disliked: The drain did not work in the bathtub therefore I could not take a bath so they moved me into the room next-door. The curtains below loaded into the room with the air conditioner. However, they were saturated in dust, and the room was inundated in desk clouds. My allergies Went haywire. In fact, a developed sores in my nose. I had trouble breathing. The carpet in my room and in the hallway of must and mold, probably due to the hurricane that hit Saint Pete. They were not replaced, and it caused breathing issues. I chose the hotel because it had a Jacuzzi pool. However, they were broken and you were waiting for parts that never came while I was there. In fact, I left the hotel on the 29th instead the first because of the above issues. I feel that I was breathing toxic air. The windows recorded in dust dirt and the air conditioner unit itself had to be cleaned because of dirt and dust inside. On the 29th, upon entering the hotel after enjoying dinner with my sister, one of the front desk, clerks, followed me down the hall to my hotel room, when I look back, he said I’m just trying to see if you can get into your room. I did not believe him. I believe I complained too much. Oh, the coffee maker in the room was smoking and leaking all over the counter when I plugged it in. They replaced it and they repaired the door lock. But still, the hotel ship been closed for repairs.

Liked: John was newer at the desk I think and he was exceptional. So very helpful and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Disliked: The property is in need of upgrades ASAP! The beds need new mattresses. Our beds including sofa bed sink in when sat on. The tub was rusty and everything in the room was just old! The tv was about 20 inches and the remote was huge like a hospital room remote. Very disappointing for this hotel brand.
