Exceptional

Liked: This place was on point with everything. The room was super clean and comfortable, staff were great - best hotel stay in a very long time! We will definitely choose Springhill Suites whenever available.
Disliked: They don't have a ton of parking at this location, and they were very crowded, but the front desk staff member was very helpful pointing us to parking for our very large moving truck and car with attached trailer.

Liked: Front desk staff were very friendly
Disliked: We found someone else's leftover old food in the fridge in our room. It makes you wonder what else was not cleaned! Breakfast wasn't very good either. English muffins were obviously old because when trying to slice one open to place in the toaster, it crumbled. Speaking of the toaster, it did not work. One toaster did not turn on at all after waiting a few minutes, and the other toaster barely made the bread warm after a minute or so, definitely not toasted. The oatmeal looked as though it was leftover from the previous day, as it was thick and lumpy, and this was one hour after breakfast hours started.

It’s a nice hotel but...

Liked: It’s very clean, the staff is nice and the breakfast was really good.
Disliked: The mattresses are like sleeping on a concrete pad, the pillows are flat, the slamming doors to the rooms are awful, and the highway noise is not the best at times.

Passable

Disliked: I’ve stayed there last 4 years in a row while attending an expo near by, beds are definitely due for a change. First time they didn’t clean the room or replace towels the entire stay. If this property switched hands, then this operator needs to step it up. The nail in this coffin, It was Camp Run-a-muck, chuck full of kids, noisy, rowdy and wet floors in the lobby and elevators the entire weekend.

Clean, comfortable and easy access...

Liked: New since 2019 and appears even newer than that. The room is comfortable and love the couch so we can sit somewhere other than the bed.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great
