Liked: Property was beautiful. Rooms were very clean, spacious, and felt high quality. Bathroom was large with a walk in shower. Couch was large and comfortable

Liked: Clean and spacious room. Free breakfast with stay and super friendly staff. Conveniently located right off of the highway but away from other hotels and restaurants so it felt calmer.
Disliked: Felt like walls/ carpeting were a bit thin. Could hear people above our room moving around until well past 10pm.

Liked: The room was very quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfasts were hit and miss. Not enough for everyone.

Liked: Clean, friendly staff. Room size/layout was better than average. Very comfortable bed. Close to the zoo which was our main attraction for this visit.
Disliked: Busy week at the hotel due to a basketball tournament. Breakfast was pretty slim pickings. We were there for 2 nights. but did not get any maid service, which was ok for us but was a little suprisinjg.

Disliked: Breakfast was not very good and attendant was not welcoming and cheerful. Would have been great to have coffee/tea after a long drive and late arrival to the property. After leaving the pool area, my husband,son and I were stuck in the elevator due to the fact that it broke down while we were in there. My son was very scared by the situation and our teenage son whom was waiting for us in the room had no idea as to where we had gone! We had to call for help from the elevator ( of whom was either the elevator company’s dispatcher or a 911 dispatcher) and they instructed us on a few things to reset the elevator… of which did not work. They instructed us to continue to press the alarm and they were going to contact the hotel to let them know the situation. They did finally let us know through the intercom that an elevator mechanic was 25 minutes out. We were in the middle of having the dispatch contact our teenage son (bc we were at the pool for a quick swim and did not take our phones.. big mistake) when miraculously the door opened. We were stuck in the elevator at least 20-30 mins that seemed like an eternity but were all good in the end. Here’s where my rating “goes south
