Disliked: I’ve stayed there last 4 years in a row while attending an expo near by, beds are definitely due for a change. First time they didn’t clean the room or replace towels the entire stay. If this property switched hands, then this operator needs to step it up. The nail in this coffin, It was Camp Run-a-muck, chuck full of kids, noisy, rowdy and wet floors in the lobby and elevators the entire weekend.

Liked: New since 2019 and appears even newer than that. The room is comfortable and love the couch so we can sit somewhere other than the bed.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was great

Liked: Breakfast was good, staff was helpful and pleasant to deal with, enjoyed the swimming pool and 24/7 snack shop
Disliked: I wish they would come in and replace towels and empty trash daily as we were traveling with toddlers and had to dispose of their diapers elsewhere. We also ate several meals in our room and felt the need to dispose of the food trash elsewhere as our trash bins did not have any type of trash bag or liner in them. We were told by staff that they do not come in and replace towels or empty trash until around day 3 of your stay.

Disliked: Booking and front desk couldn't figure out how to get me in my room. I fully paid prior to arriving and having to sit on the phone and talk to booking trying to talk to the staff for an hour..
