Liked: Location is beautiful and very close to the center of Springdale. Rooms are modern.
Disliked: Rooms are noisy, walls are thin, and because the rooms are all in one long hallway there's no way you can sleep in, because people will be continously walking past your room. Breakfast is very basic and there's not enough seating area. Reserved for a king sized suite, but got "upgraded" to a double queen with no restitution. Disappointing overall.

Avoid this place

Disliked: The carpets in the hotel all look like they needed renewal 10 years ago and make the hall smell awful. You know the feeling when you walk on something and have the feeling you stick to it? Breakfast is really bad: dry smashed eggs, watery oatmeal, poor selection overall. Only the waffle machine is standard. You can eat the breakfast on your plastic plates with plastic cutlery. So much waste produced. On day 2, we brought our own food as the view is magnificent.

Disliked: Breakfast is lacking variety big time.Sound insulation in the room.Being on the first floor, next to a side exit, we heard everything. Front desk was slow while checking in.

Comfortable Stay with Warm Hospitality

Liked: The suite was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the bed was incredibly cozy—one of the best we’ve ever slept on. The staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was a nice bonus, with a good selection of veggies and fruits. Overall, a great experience, and we’d love to stay again!
