A huge disappointment.

Disliked: We reserved a king suite 3 months in advance. On the day of our arrival they emailed us to say our reserved room was not available and we would be in a queen room. They insulted us by saying we were being “upgraded” to a queen. No explanation was given, other than these things “happen.” A very unprofessional facility.

Good location and nice resort...

Liked: The Lobby and outdoor fireplace area are very nice and good to spend time there with coffee. Breakfast is decent, and nice spacious room. It is so nice to have an excellent Italian restaurant just across the street from hotel by walking distance.
Disliked: When we checked in , we were being assigned a handicapped room with special shower area. Because we would like to have hot bath with a bath tub, so I went back to the front desk and asked why we were being assigned a handicapped room without mentioning anything about it during Check In. The lady said because our reservation was King size bed room, so as long as the bed was King Size as we booked, it doesn’t matter. They said all rooms were fully booked, so that was the only King size room left.My point was not the size bed, but curtesy and respect to customer. The receptionist should have mentioned to us about the situation in advance during Check In. Without saying anything was disrespectful. I do appreciate to another lady who arranged a queen size room for us with a bath tub after.
