Liked: Some lights were on when we got into the room and the tv had a custom personal message which was wonderful! The room was very clean and spotless and looked beautiful!

Apathetic workers need shake up

Liked: room was very nice
Disliked: we arrived to overflowing trash cans every where. Spoke to evening front desk and employee vacuuming lobby. they acknowledged overflowing trash cans but we woke up to cans still overflowing. Monday am staff much more responsive. Front desk and breakfast attendant had front can emptied.

OK but rooms don't get...

Liked: The location and the room were convenient.
Disliked: We stayed in a suite for 6 nights. They never came to clean it. They only came once we called them to (after the second night), and did not come again. We had 3 senior citizens staying with us. It was hard for them to feel comfortable in a room with slippery floors and limited toiletries. I asked for help 3 consecutive days, until the person at the reception told me to email the manager. I did so, but never got a response or an apology.Of course, we never placed a "do not disturb" sign on the door, and were very explicit about neeeding the room to be tidied up daily. There were 5 people staying in this suite.

Liked: The front desk staff was nice and friendly. They need new cleaning staff. My bed had MOLD on it and a weird nasty looking yellow stain, the shower was dirty, the floors weren’t vacuumed or cleaned correctly, the coffee lids were bigger than the coffee cups provided, none of the room trash cans had bags in them, the fridge was dirty, the shower head was dirty too, the room did not have a nice view. I was in a room next to the ice maker and I couldn’t sleep due to the ice machine noise. I took pictures and videos. I’m shock and I couldn’t believe they would receive guest with how the room looked like. I wanted to LOVE this experience but I couldn’t. I was told they couldn’t give me my money back because it’s from a third party but I wish I could get my money back. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they update all their beddings and cleaning staff.
