Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: I booked the hotel through booking.com and my reservation was not available when I arrived. I showed them my confirmation #, yet it was not in their system. I had to wait another 1/2 hr for a night manager to arrive to make a room available for me.

Liked: Would like to thank Ms Shelly, we had to leave early in the AM and it was a little bit before breakfast was to start but Ms Shelly was so nice and she prepared some breakfast sandwiches for us to take with us. Thank Ms Shelly!!

Liked: Some lights were on when we got into the room and the tv had a custom personal message which was wonderful! The room was very clean and spotless and looked beautiful!

Apathetic workers need shake up
Liked: room was very nice
Disliked: we arrived to overflowing trash cans every where. Spoke to evening front desk and employee vacuuming lobby. they acknowledged overflowing trash cans but we woke up to cans still overflowing. Monday am staff much more responsive. Front desk and breakfast attendant had front can emptied.

OK but rooms don't get...
Liked: The location and the room were convenient.
Disliked: We stayed in a suite for 6 nights. They never came to clean it. They only came once we called them to (after the second night), and did not come again. We had 3 senior citizens staying with us. It was hard for them to feel comfortable in a room with slippery floors and limited toiletries. I asked for help 3 consecutive days, until the person at the reception told me to email the manager. I did so, but never got a response or an apology.Of course, we never placed a "do not disturb" sign on the door, and were very explicit about neeeding the room to be tidied up daily. There were 5 people staying in this suite.
