Uneventful

Liked: In town for Women's Basketball game. I expected more mobility in a college town.
Disliked: Hard to navigate in the town and the hotel staff didn't know options. Or, provided details about restaurants and things to do.

Liked: The room was clean and well kept. TV was great.
Disliked: The staff was too busy to accommodate us with our needs. The breakfast sausages weren’t cooked through; there weren’t many options for breakfast; some items (orange juice, milk and yogurt etc) ran out. The bathroom light in our room was too bright through the see through door at night every time someone had to use it. The pool was so small. We saw 3 people in it, and there was no room/chance for us to use it.

Disappointing, especially compared to wonderful...

Liked: The location near Notre Dame was fine. We had stayed in a Spring Hill Suites in Bloomington MN the previous weekend and what a difference. That was a great hotel; this was not.
Disliked: Although requested the 3rd-day cleaning for our 4-night stay, never done - so overflowing trash, out of towels, toilet paper, tissues. Room arrangement very odd - TV didn't face either the bed or the extremely uncomfortable sofa you couldn't sit on. Sliding bathroom door woke other person up with noise & light if used during the night.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff was so friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Coffee wasn't available all day. Not enough blankets for guests in room and was told they didn't have any extra to give. Pool was ice cold.

Disliked: Shower toilet roll fixture was loose that rolls kept falling.

Liked: Location. Employees were nice.
Disliked: The whole design of the room. The door didn't seem very secure. Only one key card worked. Bathroom was right across from queen beds.

Liked: I liked breakfast and I was grateful when the staff responded to our requests
Disliked: I didn't like finding the beds unmade and no clean linens a couple of times. Person at the desk said they were short staffed and only clean rooms every 3 days. The TV didn't get many channels so viewing was limited.
