Nice place and a great...
Liked: Great Location, Friendly Staff, and Super Clean! We were very pleased with our stay at this property. From start to finish, the experience was positive.Room & Comfort:The rooms were spacious, exceptionally clean, and well thought out. There was plenty of storage—closets, drawers, and convenient nooks to keep things organized and clutter-free during our stay. Everything felt tidy and inviting, which really set a relaxing tone.Staff & Service:The staff was consistently warm, friendly, and helpful. From check-in to check-out, everyone we interacted with made us feel welcome and taken care of. Housekeeping and maintenance deserve special recognition for keeping everything spotless and running smoothly—kudos to them!Location & Amenities:This hotel is in a very convenient spot. There’s a Starbucks, Target, trader Joe's, and several dining options within walking distance, which made things super easy. The hotel itself also has a small convenience store, which came in handy more than once.Grounds & Ambience:The property is clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. Whether inside the lobby or out on the grounds, everything was neat, organized, and visually appealing. It’s clear that a lot of pride is taken in the upkeep of the hotel.Continental Breakfast:Breakfast was very good—fresh and with a decent variety to choose from. It was a great way to start the day, especially with indoor and outdoor seating options. An example of a morning option would be a couple of items of fresh fruit, yogurts, oatmeal bar, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels and muffins, cereals, maybe something like a mini individual breakfast frittata. And of course, a waffle maker. Hot coffee dispensers, juice, various hot teas, and a cold water dispenser. You really don't need to go out for breakfast before heading out for the day.---Overall:This is a great hotel in a great location.
Disliked: Mixed Experience – Needs a Few ImprovementsWhile the hotel had some positives, there were a few key areas that could really benefit from improvement:Parking:Limited and poorly designed. The parking spaces were extremely tight, many with load-bearing posts in every other spot—making it difficult to fit standard vehicles, let alone the many SUVs and minivans driven by traveling families. Maneuvering into a spot without brushing up against the lines (or another vehicle) was a real challenge.Amenities:The indoor pool was underwhelming—small, dim, and largely unused during our stay. A hot tub or jacuzzi would be a welcome upgrade, especially for guests looking to unwind after a day of travel or sightseeing. The current pool space felt more gloomy than relaxing.Continental Breakfast:This was where the experience really fell short. The breakfast area—spacious and split between indoor and outdoor seating—was constantly full and high-traffic. Unfortunately, only one hardworking attendant was assigned to manage the entire area:Cleaning and resetting dozens of tablesRestocking all food and beverage itemsManaging messy self-serve stations (like waffles and toasters, which were frequently used by children)Clearing trash from the bar area and patio tablesDespite her impressive effort and non-stop pace, it was simply too much for one person. During peak times, we witnessed 30+ families in the area, yet coffee and ice water dispensers frequently ran empty and weren’t restocked in a timely fashion. With over an hour remaining in breakfast service, we still had to request refills. Staff at the front desk, who were often unoccupied, could have easily stepped in to support her during rushes. From a management perspective, this was a clear miss in staffing allocation. At least two attendants should be scheduled during breakfast peak hours—every day.Housekeeping:Rooms were only cleaned every other day.

Liked: I was told my reservation as part of a traveling sports team had been given away because II was late to check-in. Have been a gold member for awhile, I have always had Marriott reach out to me before giving my room away. Especially since I usually book the nicest room possible. I explains that I did call and no one was available. Due to heave construction our 9 hour driver was 14. We ( me, my 10 and 8 year old)were turned away exhausted and very upset. I had to find something close because As it stands, I will never stay at a Marriott again.
