This is the second time we have stayed here. Never disappointing - the rooms are super clean and comfortable.

It's a great place to...

Liked: I liked the room, cleanliness, comfort and location. It is a great place to stay. I will plan on it again with my family.

Disappointing

Disliked: The room could have been cleaner. There were few places to hang clothes in bathroom. Toilet is too low with o grab bars to help elderly people get off low toilet. The sofa was very worn & appeared stained. The bed was too soft & sagged in middle.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was amazing!

Very good

Liked: The layout of the room was interesting, large seating area and walk in shower. Bed was comfortable. There were reading lights attached to the bed but one was burnt out.
Disliked: The outside wall is paper thin so you will be able to hear any conversation going on outside. Also there is some sort of sports field near the hotel so don't book if you need to go to sleep very early.

A nice little joint located...

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. The first morning one flavor of juice was out but the machine was filled as soon as I let the staff know. One morning there were scrambled eggs and the next there was a waffle station. There weren't a ton of choices but there were enough to satisfy everyone in our group. The Italian restaurant just across the parking lot was a bonus!
Disliked: There really wasn't anything negative about our stay. We were only there for 2 nights and everything went smoothly. The only complaint (and it's a minor one) was a bit of noise from the room above on our second night; BUT, they quieted down after 9:30 so no intervention was needed.

Would recommend as very clean...

Liked: Appreciated the flooring in the room—no carpet is a win for us, for cleanliness factor. Appreciated the breakfast and the use of laundry. Staff was so helpful, all around!
Disliked: Pull out mattress was thin (but that is to be expected). Minimal breakfast seating (but we were told to anticipate this when we checked in night before).

Pleasant

Liked: The size of the room and the location.
Disliked: The hotel needed a big cleaning, but the room was correct.
