Liked: The area , and the staff and cleannness of the lobby and pool area
Disliked: My toilet did not work in my room , I had to keep coming from my room just to use the bathroom bc there was no maintenance to help with the toilet issue

Disliked: The breakfast was horrible. Definitely needs more of a selection of items. I tried to book directly through the hotel I called at least 7 times and no one answered the phone. The room stayed hot no matter how low we dropped the temperature. Overall the stay was very poor in comparison to other SpringHill suites I’ve stayed in.

Liked: It was spacious.
Disliked: We called several times after using an app to locate my daughter’s air pods.. they claimed they didn’t find them, but they were still being located at the hotel. Either they don’t clean well, or they just balled them up in the bedding instead of looking for them like I asked.

Enjoyable and convenient to everything

Liked: Everyone was helpful and friendly. The bed was super comfy, room clean.
Disliked: At check in the lobby smelled of weed Very strong
