Liked: Front desk was very nice ! They lady’s that where doing the breakfast in morning was very rude to me my husband my kids loved the food but overall room was clean bathroom had no conditioner in shower
Disliked: I was looking forward to hot tub got to sit in it one night when we got there was out of service never got it back up a going so that was a bummer the coffee used to be really good cause me and my husband stay at this place more than once, but they got rid of all the creamers

Liked: Nice selection. It was available unit 9:30 which was a nice perk mid week.
Disliked: Upon entry, the desk clerk said name when I walked in. After a long drive, it would have been nice to hear welcome-how are you-hello-anything other than a curt "name". Also when I went down to get toilet paper, because we had very little and wouldn't make it through the night, there was a sign stating "be back". There was no time when they left or when they would be back. If you're alone in the evening, especially not late, you should let guests know when you will return. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Liked: It was very nice, convent and clean
Disliked: The ac was awful. It would kick on and freeze us out for 5 minutes and then turn off for 20-30 minutes and we would sweat to death at night. The pillows were too thick. We woke up with sore necks. It was hard to get comfortable sleeping with both of these issues. We were up at 4am from being to hot so we decided to leave the hotel 4 hours early
