Liked: Staff was very friendly, airport shuttle driver was great!
Disliked: Very friendly front desk staff, we reserved room for 3 and only got 2 towels, had to request multiple towels mutliple times. House keeping did not come until 3rd day (requested daily service), when they did come I had again requested. After housekeeping, trashcans were not emptied, bathrooms were not tidied, only towels were left (not sure what housekeeping did, our shampoo/conditioner were empty). Had to ask front desk for basics.
