Liked: The Staff was great,Mark at the front desk went above and beyond for us,he makes the stay worth the time..The front desk clerk at our check out was great as well on 8/10/2025.while leaving I fell down and she was right there taking care of me..I fell due to health issues and that young lady took care of me..I would HIGHLY recommend Spring Hills to all travelers.. Hank Pole
Disliked: Leaving,It was great at a tough time.I will say you can stay here with confidence.

I would not choose to...

Liked: Free parking
Disliked: Upon entering, lobby looked bleak, unwelcoming and smelled stale. My first comment to my husband was, “This is a dump”. The room was better but not enough outlets for our electronics. It was clean, the bed comfortable.

Disliked: The man at the front desk. I don’t think he thinks women have any brains. For some reason, he thought he had to speak slowly and precisely so I would understand. He repeated himself several times. His attitude seemed to change to a more pleasant tone as soon as he saw my husband walk over.
