Liked: Free parking
Disliked: Upon entering, lobby looked bleak, unwelcoming and smelled stale. My first comment to my husband was, “This is a dump”. The room was better but not enough outlets for our electronics. It was clean, the bed comfortable.

Disliked: The man at the front desk. I don’t think he thinks women have any brains. For some reason, he thought he had to speak slowly and precisely so I would understand. He repeated himself several times. His attitude seemed to change to a more pleasant tone as soon as he saw my husband walk over.

Amazing staff!

Liked: The staff was over the top wonderful! Hotel clean, kept up, comfortable and staff so accommodating, attentive and friendly. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a while and would definitely stay again and recommend.

Disliked: Flooring was not good, lifting as if taped on, tub was still dingy, wet stuffy smell in room.
