This hotel's suites are not...

Liked: The only thing good about our stay at this hotel was the kitchen staff and the waitress. They were very kind and professional.
Disliked: After driving over four hours to get there I was told I didn't have a reservation and when I showed the front desk clerk the confirmation number he said that was a booking.com number and not theirs. Once he realized someone spelled the last name wrong he proceeded to check us in without any kind of apology for the undo stress. Then after we got all settled our TV did not work so the same gentleman came up to try and fix it but at the end had us move to another room. So after we packed up everything a bell hop young man came with a cart but didn't help us load it...he just watch us struggle with loading it. Additionally, I thought the bathroom was way too small for three people even though the room was allotted for more. There is no counter space at all with a single sink. Lastly, upon check out the lady at the front desk did not even ask how our stay was. In all my travels when you check out of any hotel they always ask you this out of professional courtesy.
