Disliked: No closet door… tacky. Not enough coffee. Tv was wonky.

Liked: I loved how friendly the staff was and how spacious the room was
Disliked: The room was half cleaned and there was no towels in the pool areaSide note: staff did provide me with towels when I went to ask for some and also let me know they was bring more out

Liked: Courtney at the front desk and Management went above and beyond to make sure you were taken great care of. Entire Staff was friendly, helpful and smiling. Felt like you were visiting family. The young lady serving breakfast was awesome, kind and made sure you got whatever you wanted for breakfast under their menu. Awesome place and Staff

Very clean accommodations.

Liked: The breakfast was extremely good. There was a large selection and the warm foods were especially delicious
Disliked: The hotel was surrounded by huge construction dumpsters. And though my room was pleasant enough the walls were so thin I heard the kids next door screaming and talking loudly for hours.

Bad

Liked: We requested a later checkout and desk clerk said ok. But next day water was shut off without notice. Desk said they were not aware of any guests having a later checkout time. We couldn't take shower or use bathroom before we left POOR communication-- not knowing who did not checkout before they shut off water. Requested credit and have not been contacted by manager as od yes
